Aeroseal Your Home.
Aeroseal seals your entire HVAC system without tearing up your walls, ceilings, and floors trying to locate incomplete seals. Aeroseal pinpoints and covers leaks, in roughly an hour, from the inside out with a success rate of up to 98%. Aeroseal is the most effective, affordable, and viable method of sealing air duct leaks on the market. That’s why ENERGY STAR and the Department of Energy recommend Aeroseal.
Stop wasting money.
Thirty percent of the average U.S. home’s conditioned air is lost to duct leaks. Duct leaks can be difficult and costly to find. Ductwork is typically hidden between the walls, floors and ceilings of your home. Mastic (a messy caulk-like substance) can be used, but does not always work and can be difficult to install. Other substances break down over time, but the Aeroseal sealant does not, and even has a 10 year warranty to back it up.
Breathe healthier air.
Leaky ducts don’t just waste money, they can impair the safety and comfort of your home. Leaky ducts bring in dust and humidity, which leads to mold. Auto exhaust and radon gases can also infiltrate the home through poorly sealed ductwork. Even worse, the moisture problems associated with leaky ducts force the ducts to work harder, wearing out your system and costing you more money!
Airtight savings. Airtight comfort.
Aeroseal is an energy-efficiency improvement that keeps on giving:
We can make the average heating/cooling system out perform a heating/cooling system with a brand new high efficiency furnace by using Aeroseal on your ductwork!
Most people only think about the efficiency of their air conditioner or furnace when they think about comfort and/or energy savings in their house. The truth is, the efficiency of your heating and cooling system is defined by both the furnace or air conditioner and the duct work it is attached to. It is typical for us to find brand new - newly constructed homes with duct systems operating at less than 80% efficient, while existing homes can run as low as 60% or less.
You are probably asking - what determines the efficiency of your duct work. There are two primary components - leakage and insulation.
If your ducts are running in unconditioned spaces they should be insulated to an R-8 or greater; this is the easy part. The harder part is dealing with leakage. Duct leakage to the outside of your house is direct loss, but even leakage inside your house makes a big difference on how well your heating and cooling system will perform. Sealing these ducts in existing, finished homes was nearly impossible - not anymore, thanks to Aeroseal - aerosol based duct sealing!
Aeroseal Duct Sealing is a patented technology that tackles leaks from the inside out. Aeroseal allows the us to accurately measure the duct leakage in residential homes and commercial buildings.
But more importantly, it allows us to seal ducts nobody else can seal! The technology was developed within the Indoor Environment Program at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, whose IAQ scientists tested it.
The research was funded by US Environmental Protection Agency, US dept. of Energy, Electric Power Research Institute and California Institute of Energy and Environment.

-Duct Leakage & Envelope Testing
Your home loses energy based on leaky ducts, an inefficient HVAC system, and leaky home construction. Our goal is to help people save money by diverting otherwise lost energy back into their home by offering options with quick payback.
Home Efficiency Testing with Blower Door
Blower door testing is one of the best ways to determine home airtightness. We will depressurize your home to show you how quickly air leaks through cracks and crevices in your home. The results can then be used to make a plan to seal those leaks, thereby saving you money in lost air that you paid for.
Whole House &Thermal Diagnostics
We thoroughly inspect your home and assess your air leakage, insulation, thermal imaging profile, and HVAC efficiency to determine a plan of action to make your home as energy-efficient as possible.
